SHIPPING & CREDIT POLICY
Shipping Policy
All coral are shipped via USPS at the rate generated by their pricing guidelines. Occasionally accurate shipping information can not be obtained at the time of placing your purchase. If this occurs a flat rate of $45 per box will be applied. All shipping fees are non-negotiable. New England Aquaculture holds no liability for packages lost or stolen through the USPS, you will be provided with tracking information for all orders once processed.
Credit Policy
At New England Aquaculture we price ourselves on the careful handling and expert packaging of your coral selections. Should the unthinkable happen and one of your coral selections arrives dead, a photo must be submitted to NewEnglandAquaculture@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery. All DOA photos are subject to review before credit is granted.
Store credit will be granted for the full unit cost of the coral selection. New England Aquaculture reserves the right to deny store credit to any customer suspected of ill-intent. Examples include but are not limited to; neglect of delivery, improper acclimation practices, improper handling of package, or excessive claims.
